2. What data we process and why
We process the data you provide through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, email, country and the content of your enquiry) to answer your request for information or a quote and, where applicable, manage the business relationship. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). If a business relationship follows, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to answer your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the period required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within 12 months at most.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Technical service providers (hosting and email) may access it as processors, under the safeguards set out in the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@distrifreshtotal.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
